- Your email address. We use this to send your detailed valuation report. You get the baseline number without it, but the full breakdown goes to your inbox.
- Store performance details (optional). Monthly revenue, year created, and order count. These make your valuation more accurate. Skip them and we’ll still give you an estimate based on available data.
- Phone number (optional). If you choose to receive SMS updates about your valuation, we’ll ask for a contact number. You can skip this step entirely.
When you browse our blog or other pages, we collect standard analytics data—pages visited, time on site, referring source. This is anonymized and helps us understand which content people find useful.
We do not collect payment information. The tool is free.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide the valuation. This is the obvious one. You give us store details, we calculate an estimate.
- To send your detailed report. If you request the full breakdown, we email it to the address you provided.
- To improve the tool. Aggregated, anonymized data helps us refine our valuation model.
- To respond to your questions. If you email us, we use your email address to reply.
- To prevent spam and abuse. We log IP addresses for rate limiting and security purposes.
What We Don’t Do With Your Information
- We don’t sell your data. Not to brokers, not to marketplaces, not to anyone.
- We don’t share your store details with buyers. Your valuation is private unless you decide to share it.
- We don’t use your email for anything other than the report you requested. No spam. No “check out this partner.” No daily marketing emails you didn’t sign up for.
How We Store Your Data
Your information is stored on secure servers and protected by industry-standard encryption. We keep submission records for as long as needed to provide our service and for reasonable backup purposes.
If you want your data deleted, email us at [email protected]. We’ll remove your information within 30 days.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies:
- Essential cookies keep the valuation tool working as you move between steps. Without these, the tool breaks. These don’t track you across other sites.
- Analytics cookies (optional) help us understand how people use the site so we can improve it.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The valuation tool will still work.
